Anyone else hate their neighbour? I absolutely can’t stand my neighbour. I live next to a single fifty-year-old man who loves to live his life frivolously. He’s always bragging and talking about himself. Every few months there’s always a new theme to his conversation. He’s either talking about his job, how much money he made in bonuses, his holidays, or his car. I honestly think he takes a major holiday at least once a month to iconic destinations such as exclusive islands. His car collection is also insane! He has multiple luxury cars parked in his driveway.
Our most recent conversation was all about how he wants to hire luxury home builders. Mornington Peninsula is where we live. His home is already luxurious. Why does he need a place that’s not only even more luxurious, but also has ‘luxury’ in the build project title? If you want to renovate your home or build a new home, that’s totally fine by me. What bothered me here is the fact this guy is openly saying he wants to build a luxury home.
I’ll be the first to say I’m being petty by being bothered by this. I think it’s largely because I hate my neighbour. Do you believe he even went as far as mocking the design of my home? What a nerve! My home is lovely. In fact, I’m pretty sure he’s using the same, highly recommended luxury architects near me for the design of his new home.

I thought I’d share an update on my neighbour’s new home. Firstly, his new home looks lovely. It has a great design and structure. Personally, I’m not surprised by this. He used a great team of builders for the build. How do I know this? I know this because he used the same builders I used to build my home. They’re the best luxury developers this area has ever seen. In fact, I’m pretty sure they’ve built most of the houses in the neighbourhood. My neighbour has been taking every opportunity possible to brag about his new home, as expected.
